Archeon is an AI-powered idea development workspace that helps users organize, validate, and develop their startup ideas. The Service includes content indexing, AI-assisted analysis, and workspace management tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Archeon offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their account.
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to Archeon. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your content solely to provide the Service to you. We will never sell your content or use it to train AI models.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze, classify, and generate suggestions based on your content. AI outputs are provided as-is and should not be treated as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before acting on it.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archeon and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
